At Oluali, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple refund policy.
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
